General Regulation

WELCOME TO DOMAINE LES BOIS DE CAPRA SCORSA

Dear Guests,
We are delighted to welcome you to Corsica, in Lozari, and to our villas at Domaine Les Bois de Capra Scorsa.
As a warm gesture of welcome, we offer you a small gift with local flavors. We wish you a wonderful and relaxing stay on the Island of Beauty!

To ensure the comfort and respect of all guests, please take note of and follow the guidelines below:

GENERAL BEHAVIOR

The estate comprises five villas that share common areas. Please be considerate and maintain a peaceful environment for the well-being of all.

INDOORS

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas.
Please do not sit on the sofas if you have sunscreen or oil on your skin, or if you are wearing wet clothing.
Appliance instructions can be found in the designated drawer. If needed, don’t hesitate to contact us.

TERRACE

Winds in the Balagne region can rise quickly. Please close the parasol when not in use, and secure any clothing to prevent it from blowing away.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but please do not discard cigarette butts, in order to prevent fire hazards.
Use the barbecue with care, and never dispose of ashes in the garden.

ESTATE ACCESS

Access to the estate is through the main gate. The access code will be provided before your arrival.

PARKING

Parking spaces are assigned to each villa and are marked with signage.
Please park your vehicle without obstructing your neighbors.
Two dedicated charging stations for electric vehicles are available for your use. A charging card will be given to you upon arrival. You will be able to select this service when making your reservation

WASTE DISPOSAL

Please dispose of your waste daily to avoid attracting insects and pests (ants, flies, wasps, and worse—small rodents!).
The waste sorting area is located up the hill, toward the main road, on the right-hand side.
Please follow recycling and sorting instructions when disposing of your trash.

Pool Regulations

In order to ensure everyone’s safety, make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and maintain the pool facilities in good condition, we kindly ask you to comply with the pool regulations and follow all safety and hygiene guidelines in the interest of all.

ARTICLE 1 – Access and acceptance of regulations

The pool is a leisure area exclusively reserved for guests staying at the property and their accompanying persons. Any individual staying at the residence is deemed to have tacitly accepted the terms of this regulation.

ARTICLE 2 – Attire and responsibility

Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory. All users must respect the pool rules and ensure that their guests do the same. The rules are displayed in the pool area and reiterated upon arrival.

ARTICLE 3 – Opening hours

The pool area is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except in cases of force majeure (bad weather, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).

ARTICLE 4 – Private use and general obligations

As this is a private facility, access to the pool is strictly limited to tenants and their guests. Users must comply with all hygiene, safety, and public order regulations (including municipal, police, and road rules), and must use the space responsibly and respectfully.

ARTICLE 5 – Minors

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must ensure constant supervision. The residence declines any responsibility in the event of an accident.

ARTICLE 6 – Cleanliness and care of equipment

Users are required to maintain the cleanliness of the area and to preserve the condition of the equipment. Any damaged or destroyed property will be charged to the person(s) responsible.

ARTICLE 7 – Prohibited behavior

The pool area is a space for rest and relaxation. Therefore, it is prohibited to:

Shout or create noise disturbances;
Play musical instruments;
Play music, even at low volume.

ARTICLE 8 – User commitments

Pool users agree to:

Set their mobile phones to silent mode;
Respect the peace and quiet of other guests;
Ensure that their health condition and swimming ability allow them to use the pool safely.
Please also close all parasols when not in use.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

Swimming outside of designated opening hours;
Hosting parties or gatherings in the pool area;
Accessing the pool during storms or other hazardous weather conditions;
Spitting, eating, or smoking in or near the pool basin;
Using glass containers around the pool;
Throwing objects, stones, or any foreign material into the water;
Bringing animals into the pool area;
Leaving food waste or trash in the area;
Pushing or forcefully throwing someone into the water;
Using soap or any similar product in the pool;
Intentionally splashing other swimmers;
Removing water from the pool;
Running around the pool (slipping or injury risk);
Using inflatable toys or floats in the pool;
Leaving children unsupervised.
